WashBistro provides Laundry & Dry Cleaning delivery services to Residential, Commercial and Workplace businesses. Simply place your first order via text, on the web or download our app.
Customers can either opt in for our monthly plans or simply use the Pay-Per-Use option for our services.
Monthly plans start at $60/month with no minimums and free pickup & delivery, whereas our Pay-Per-Use option is priced at $2.00 per pound with a $25 minimum order value, before taxes and delivery fee.
Dry Cleaning is priced per item. Minimum order value for dry cleaning is $30 before tax, unless the order is clubbed with our Wash & Fold service in which case no minimums apply.
To drive higher logistical efficiencies, we request customers to be prompt with their pick up/ delivery time slot. In case of delays, the Valet will wait for a 5-minute time period before proceeding to their next destination. A $15 charge will be applied towards any missed pickup/ delivery.
All of the laundry orders are processed for cleaning at our in-house facility. We do not use any third party cleaning vendor. This allows us to maintain strict quality control standards and drive higher efficiency to customer specific requests.

Once we bring your laundry to our facility, we notify you with your order details. You can also view the same within your account. Your card on file is charged for payment on the day of your scheduled delivery. We accept all major credit cards for payments.
Our cleaning experts possess years of professional experience when it comes to clothing care. All of our Wash & Fold orders are sorted, separating lights vs. dark vs. whites to be processed for individual cleaning based on your preferences.
We use eco-friendly solvents during the entire cleaning process and the clothes are always washed in cold-water temperature setting (unless specified). This helps preserve the quality of the fabric to last long and help save electricity.
If you have preferences regarding use of detergent, fabric softener, use of dryer sheet, dry at low heat, we will follow your instructions.
Our Dry Cleaning experts thoroughly inspect individual garments to follow care label instructions for optimal cleaning; ensuring consistent quality standards are met. We do not use harmful PERC chemicals for Dry Cleaning.
Once your order is placed, WashBistro personnel will arrive at your scheduled day/ time window for your laundry pick up. If you prefer to place an order outside our time window(s), simply text us at 289-806-WASH (9274) or email at care@washbistro.com and we will do our best to accommodate a time that works for you.
We do provide contactless pick-ups and delivery and will send a reminder on/ before your scheduled pick up/ delivery day. For same-day pick ups, please reach out to our Care team at care@washbistro.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All monthly plan members enjoy free pick up and next day delivery.
Pay Per Use orders take 2-3 days to deliver with $8 delivery fee. Next day Delivery is available for an extra $5. Dry Cleaning orders take 2-3 days to process and deliver.
For orders that have Dry Cleaning and Wash and Fold together, the entire order will be delivered in 2-3 days.
We provide free next day delivery for our monthly plans. We have a 48 hour delivery window for wash & fold + dry cleaning combined orders.
All Pay-per-Use orders take 2-3 days for delivery. We provide next day delivery for an extra $5. Minimum order value for dry cleaning is $30 before tax, unless it is clubbed with wash & fold order.
