Clean laundry comes to you with ease.
Pickup
Schedule a pick up via text to 289-806-WASH (9274), online at www.washbistro.com or our app (coming soon), 7 days a week including Sunday.
For your first order, place your laundry in disposable plastic bags, tightly closed for our personnel to pick up. Please do not use laundry hampers, baskets or cloth bags as they may get damaged in transport.
We provide two convenient time windows for all our pick-ups, 7 days a week. We send you a reminder on and before your scheduled pickup.
7am- 11am
6pm- 10pm
Clean
We bring your laundry to our facility and inspect, sort and process for cleaning, based on your selected preferences.
- We check your pockets to remove any unlaundered items (pens, sharp objects, receipts etc.) before processing your laundry.
- We sort your clothing items; lights vs. dark vs. whites to be processed for individual cleaning.
- We are passionate about sustainability and use eco-friendly laundry solvents during the entire cleaning process. Rest assured, we follow your custom cleaning preferences for every order.
- We love planet Earth and accept clothing donations, recycle hangers, and do not use chemical PERC for Dry Cleaning.
Deliver
We provide two convenient time windows for all our deliveries, 7 days a week. We send you a reminder on and before your scheduled delivery.

6pm- 10pm
Require contactless pick up and delivery? Not an issue! Just let us know your pick up and drop off preferences, and our personnel will do the needful. We will send you a real time photo of your laundry.
